Mr. Eli Jimenez brings 20+ years of corporate management experience with an emphasis in strategy implementation, international relations, and finances. Mr. Jimenez excels at bridging political and corporate relations in complex negotiations ranging from B2C, B2B to B2G.
Mr. Manlio Jimenez brings 15+ years experience in the leisure and entertainment industry, from design to operations. Mr. Jimenez has been working in conjunction with top industry leaders of fortune 500 companies where he acquired his knowledge and experience. Manlio has created multiple successful companies in the last 10 years.
Dr. Waleska Ruiz is a vastly experienced transactional attorney with over 25 years of experience in litigation, her main areas of expertise are real estate and legal research, international commodity transactions and investments. She serves as an advisor to for profit and non-profit international companies.
Bill is a partner and founder of Kimball Anderson focusing on litigation and related transactional matters. He assists both individual and corporate clients with a wide range of legal issues across multiple international legal jurisdictions.
Mr. Loza-Treviño has been in private practice since 1992. Law Associate for De Ovando & Martínez del Campo, S.C. (Jones Day México) in charge of the environmental law department.
Ing. Lopez Villareal is a vastly experienced engineer, as a national advisor to the agricultural council his main areas of expertise were agricultural products and international commodity transactions, import and export and product placement.
Dr. Muñoz brings over 30 years of community outreach experience as a facilitator, political leader and consultant in extremely complex international affairs and negotiations. Dr. Muñoz Acts a liaison and OAG representative to build relationships with leaders and community members alike.
Jose Valle is a licensed real estate broker and a public notary, who has spent time in public service, working in the Spanish Fork Chamber of Commerce, and has been key in helping local businesses remain successful by helping owners understand current world economics.
Lic. Luis Doñez, is an experienced accountant with a masters degree in tax law. With over 15 years of experience, Mr. Doñez specializes in tax strategies for individuals and corporations. Mr. Doñez also has vast experience in international commerce, “border ready” business (maquiladora) and tax related issues and strategies for U.S. companies operating in Mexico.
Cristian Torres, is an experienced Industrial and System’s engineer with over 20 years of experience in information technology particularly in the hospitality industry, some of which has been focus on project development.
